Orders

1. Returns

Detailed information on our returns policy can be found on the Delivery and Returns page found at the top of our website. We have also added the Returns page in the footer of our website for convenience.

The Delivery and Returns page in both the header and footer can be found on any page for easy navigation.

You will need to contact us within 14 days of delivery to report your intention to return an item. You can do so via email or live chat.

2. Damaged Items

Detailed information on our returns policy for damaged items can be found on the Delivery and Returns page found at the top of our website. We have also added the Returns page in the footer of our website for convenience.

You will need to contact us either after rejecting a damaged on delivery or within 14 days of delivery to report an item damaged upon delivery. You can do so via email or live chat.

3. Amend Order or Request a Cancellation

If having made an order you wish to amend or cancel an order please contact us immediately. Items are used dispatched within 1-2 days, 7 days a week. Cancellations and amendments cannot be made if an item has been dispatched from our warehouse and is on route for delivery. You can contact us via email or live chat.

2. Tracking my Order

Please note tracking is not supported by all the couriers that we use, if tracking is however available the same will be sent to you via email or text message after your order has processed. This can take up to 3 days during peak times. You can then use the tracking number provided to track your item using the courier’s website.

For larger items we use specialist couriers, in this instance a delivery date will be agreed with you prior to delivery, again this can take up to 3 days and will be completed when your order is being processed after payment has been made. Please see the Delivery and Returns page for full details.

 

Payments

1. Payment Methods Accepted

We accept a variety of payment methods which include:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (MasterCard/Visa/Delta/Electron and American Express)
  • PayPal

2. Refunds

Each case is considered on a case by case basis and we aim to work to your satisfaction which may include partial refunds or replacements. In the event a refund is agreed your dedicated agent dealing with you query will advise you of the refund processing time, however on average refund requests are considered and dealt with within 3 days and processing time takes up to 5 working days for common banks to process your refund.

1. Subscribing

You can join our newsletter by subscribing via the field in our footer titled “Stay in the Loop”.

Our newsletter will advise you of any new products added to our store and about any upcoming sales events, helping you save more money. Subscribing is as easy as providing your basic contact details like your email address.

2. Unsubscribing

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time. Our newsletter will contain a “unsubscribe” button. Follow the simple instructions and you will no longer receive any notifications.

We carry out a monthly draw among our lovely customer who have emailed and have complied with the competition rules above. A winner is chosen at random. Prizes include but are not limited to Amazon and Argos Vouchers and even a discount voucher for our own store for your next order.
